"I’m writing this letter in support and recommendation of High Calibre Cleaning & Janitorial Inc. I cannot say enough good things about them. Prior to their services with our company, we had gone through 3 other janitorial companies in 9 months due to the low level of service and cleanliness. Since we have had High Calibre Cleaning & Janitorial Inc, our offices look and smell light years better.
They took the time to assess our needs and designed a plan that would provide us with the outcome we wanted. They were realistic in what they could provide us with and did not make any empty promises. They have gone out of their way to provide us with suggestions to run our office more cost-efficiently (i.e. the manner and brand in which we were purchasing garbage bags and cleaners) and have contacted us promptly when there have been concerns with the handling of various materials.

Extremely Impresses with the Level of Service
Vitalus Nutrition processes milk into high-value dairy ingredients for the global food sector. As such, Vitalus adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and all our plants have FCCS 22000 certification.
High Calibre has cleaned our offices and non-plant production common areas since February 2020. I have been extremely impressed with the level of service. I get a response to emails/texts any time of the day or night. I also appreciate their ability to adjust to changes quickly and efficiently.
With COVID-19, we implemented many changes to our initial cleaning requirements very quickly, and High Calibre helped us to achieve this initiative.
